Acceptable Use Policy

Postozo publishes to other people's platforms on your behalf, so misuse can harm you, your clients and other users. This policy lists what is not allowed. It is part of our Terms of service.

Content that is not allowed

• Anything illegal where you or your audience are.
• Content that sexualises minors, supports terrorism, or promotes violence or hate against people because of who they are.
• Harassment, threats, or sharing someone's private information without permission.
• Scams, fake offers, misleading health or financial claims, or content meant to trick people.
• Content that breaks someone's copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Malware, phishing links or links to harmful sites.

Activity that is not allowed

• Spam: sending the same or near-same posts in bulk, or posting more than a platform allows.
• Fake engagement, fake accounts, buying followers, or pretending to be another person or brand.
• Breaking the rules of any platform you publish to.
• Trying to get into accounts, workspaces or systems that are not yours.
• Going around plan limits, rate limits or security checks, or overloading the Service.
• Copying, reselling or scraping the Service, except through our API as allowed.

What we do

If we see a breach, we may remove content from the Service, pause publishing, or suspend the account. Where it is safe, we tell you first so you can fix it. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.

To report misuse, write to support@postozo.com with the subject "Abuse" and as much detail as you can.
