PostozoPostozo is a service of TOTOSLOCAL ONE PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India, with its office at Sky Privlion, 501, Nipania, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India ("Postozo", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@postozo.com.
These terms are a contract between you and us. They apply when you visit postozo.com, create an account at app.postozo.com, or use our API, MCP server or command line tool (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company or a client, you confirm you may agree for them.
The Service
Postozo lets you connect social media and publishing accounts ("channels"), plan posts in a calendar, work on them with your team and clients, publish them at the time you choose, and see results. Some features use artificial intelligence (AI). We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you first.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to form a contract where you live.
- Give us true details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by team members, clients you invite, and apps you connect.
- Tell us at support@postozo.com straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
Workspaces, teams and clients
A workspace belongs to the person who created it (the owner). The owner and admins decide who joins and what role they have. If you invite clients, you are responsible for what you share with them and for getting any permission you need from them to manage their channels.
Connected channels and other platforms
When you connect a channel, you allow us to act on that account for you: publish, read basic profile details and read the statistics the platform offers. You can disconnect a channel at any time.
Each platform (for example Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok or Google) has its own terms and rules. You must follow them. Platforms can change or limit their services at any time, which can stop a post or a feature from working. We are not responsible for what a platform does, including removing posts, limiting reach or suspending accounts.
Your content
You own the posts, images, videos and other material you add ("your content"). You give us a limited permission to store, copy, change the format of and send your content, only to run the Service for you (for example, to resize an image or to publish a post to the channels you picked).
You confirm you have the rights to your content and that publishing it will not break the law or anyone's rights. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it to train AI models.
AI features
AI features suggest text, translations, hashtags, image descriptions, images and plans. Suggestions can be wrong, out of date or similar to text others receive. Check every suggestion before you use it. You are responsible for what you publish. When you use an AI feature, the text or image you send and your brand voice settings are sent to our AI provider to create the answer (see the Privacy policy).
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable use policy. In short: no spam, no illegal or harmful content, no fake engagement, and no attempts to break or overload the Service.
Plans, prices and payment
- Paid plans and their limits are shown on our Pricing page. Prices are in US dollars unless we show another currency at checkout.
- Plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. We charge the card or payment method you give us through our payment provider.
- Taxes such as GST may be added where the law requires.
- If a payment fails, we may pause publishing until the plan is paid.
- We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan. The new price starts at your next renewal.
Free trials and free access
We may offer a free trial or free access. When a trial ends and no plan is chosen, scheduled posts are paused until you pick a plan. We may end free access with notice.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Billing in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our Refund policy.
API, MCP and command line tool
You may use our API, MCP server and command line tool with your own API key or sign-in. Do not share keys publicly, go around rate limits, or use them to build a service that copies Postozo. We may change or limit access to protect the Service.
Service availability
We work to keep the Service running and your posts on time, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Maintenance, platform outages and events outside our control can delay or stop posts. We do not offer a service level agreement unless we sign one with you.
Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@postozo.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or does not pay. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you time to fix the problem. After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in the Privacy policy.
Our rights
The Service, its software, design and brand belong to TOTOSLOCAL ONE PRIVATE LIMITED. These terms do not give you any right to them other than to use the Service. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you.
Confidentiality and data protection
We keep your content and account data private and only use it to run the Service, as described in the Privacy policy. If you handle personal data of others (for example your clients' customers) through the Service, our Data processing addendum applies.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give any promise that it will meet your needs, bring any business result, or work with every platform at all times.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost followers, lost data or harm to reputation. Our total liability for all claims connected to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your responsibility to us
If a claim is made against us because of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms or a platform's rules, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 15 days before it applies. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please write to us at support@postozo.com so we can try to solve the problem.
Grievances
If you have a complaint about the Service or about content on it, write to our Grievance Officer at support@postozo.com with the subject "Grievance". We will reply to acknowledge it within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
