What every team gets

Every plan includes all 30 channel types, unlimited posts, the calendar, the post editor with previews, analytics, short links, review links and the public API and MCP server. The plans differ in channels, team members, AI allowance and RSS auto post.

What changes with team size

Just you. Connect up to 5 channels on Standard. Set 1 or 2 posting times per channel, then fill the free slots once a week. The AI assistant drafts, you edit. You do not need customers or approval.

A small team. Move to Team for up to 10 channels and team members. Give writers the editor role and keep admin for whoever approves. Turn on RSS auto post if you have a blog, so every article reaches social media without a copy and paste step.

Many clients or brands. Use Pro or Ultimate. Create a customer per client, turn on approval where the client wants it, and pick what happens when nobody answers. Invite clients as Client members only if they want to log in; review links are enough for most. Use a separate workspace for a client who needs their own brand voice or billing.
