About Postozo

Why we built it

Running social media for many brands means many logins, many spreadsheets and a lot of "did this post go out?". Clients want to see posts before they are published, and every network has its own rules. Postozo puts all of that in 1 place.

We studied the open source scheduler Postiz closely and asked what agencies complain about most: posts that fail with "Unknown error", posts that go out twice after a retry, and no real way for a client to say yes. What we care about

• Posts you can trust. A post is never sent twice. If something goes wrong, you get the reason in plain English and how to fix it. See reliability.
• Made for agencies. Customers, client roles and review links are part of the product, not an add-on. See agencies and client approval.
• Plain language. No jargon in the app. Every term has a short explanation next to it.
• Open to your tools. A public API, webhooks, a command line tool and an MCP server for AI apps. See API and MCP.
• Only real numbers. The app shows only data a network really returns. The practice channel is the 1 exception, and it is clearly marked as made up. The AI assistant explains your results from your own numbers and says so when there is not enough data.

What Postozo does not do

We would rather you know before you sign up. Postozo has no social inbox for replying to comments and messages, no mobile app, no CSV bulk upload, no AI video and no design editor today. White label is on the Pro and Ultimate plans, but it covers what clients see, not PDF reports. If you need those, our comparisons show which tools have them.

How Postozo works

1. Connect your channels once: 30 channel types, from Facebook and Instagram to Mastodon and WordPress.
2. Write a post once in the post editor, then change it for any single channel.
3. Send it for approval if the client wants to see it first.
4. Postozo publishes it at the set time, once, and tells you in plain words if a network says no.
5. Check the results on the analytics page, and let the AI assistant explain them.

Our approach to AI

AI in Postozo is a helper, not an autopilot. It writes in the brand voice you set, it never changes a post until you accept the suggestion, and when it plans your week it saves drafts, not scheduled posts. We do not use your content to train AI models. The details are in the privacy policy.

• 28 September 2026. Postozo launched with the calendar, post editor, client approval, team roles, analytics, RSS auto post, auto actions, webhooks, the public API, the MCP server and the command line tool.

How we keep the site honest

Every claim on this site is checked against the app itself. Channel pages read their limits and rules from the same code that publishes your posts. Plan limits on the pricing page come from the same file the app uses to enforce them. Facts about other tools come from their own websites, with the date we checked. Postozo is built and run by TOTOSLOCAL ONE PRIVATE LIMITED, based in Indore, India. We answer support email ourselves, and we write every page on this site in plain English with short sentences, because plain words are easier for everyone, including people who read English as a second language.
